Being cheated on can totally knock you off course and leave you feeling hurt,

betrayed, and angry. Figuring out how you want to move forward will put you back in

control again, but what's the best way to go about it? Every relationship is different,

but there are healthy steps you can take to process and work through what

happened with your partner, figure out what the future of your relationship is (if you

want there to be one), and start healing and feeling like yourself again.

STEP 1: Confirm your suspicions before jumping to conclusions

If you’re already thinking that cheating might be present in your relationship, chances are it is. While there’s no clinical diagnosis that can uncover whether or not your partner is cheating, there are several signs that could mean infidelity is there. Lets be 100% sure before making any major decisions! Protectiveness of electronic devices, Lack of communication, Inconsistent explanations.

Lets confirm these suspicions. Check their phone, check your partners location, follow up on explanations that seem inconsistent etc.

Step 2: Remind yourself - you are attractive and worthy of love

You are an amazing person and you deserve all the love in the world. You are Beautiful, Handsome, Attractive, Sexy, Appealing, Charming, an all round 10/10 and you deserve to feel that way. Get dressed up into an outfit that makes you feel confident, or get into a cozy outfit that makes you feel comfortable. Whatever crazy makeover or self-care you decide to partake in, remember you are attractive and loveable.

Step 3: Start fresh - remove things that remind you of them

If they're a cheater... get rid of their shit. Anything that reminds you of them, remove from your life. Clothing, photos, stuffed animals, any items that have a significance to the relationship; GONE.

Don't keep their negative energy around you.

Do what you gotta do to get closure.

You deserve to be happy.
